Charles Monson : ウィキペディア英語版
Charles Monson

Captain Charles Monson (dates unknown) was an English first-class cricketer who was active in the 1780s and played for the White Conduit Club. He was the second son of Lord Monson, the younger brother of George Henry Monson and was a captain in either the British Army or the Royal Navy.〔(【引用サイトリンク】publisher=''CricketArchive'' )〕〔Haygarth, pp.62–63.〕
Monson is recorded only once playing for White Conduit against a Kent team at White Conduit Fields in June 1785. He had an outstanding game as a bowler, taking five wickets (all bowled) in the first innings and enabling his team to win by 304 runs. He scored 29 and 7 with the bat and took six wickets altogether with one catch.〔
